Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Pawsome Places. It does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Standard Items

For standard, non-customised items bought online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

To start a return, please contact us at info@pawsomeplaces.online with your order number before sending anything back.

Returned items should be sent back unused, with all parts and accessories included, and in the condition they were supplied. Please return items in the original packaging where possible.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If the item has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, Pawsome Places may make a deduction from your refund.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for return postage costs.

2. Customised or Personalised Items

Some Pawsome Places products are made, customised, or personalised to your specification.

Because these items are made specifically for you, cancellation and change-of-mind return rights do not usually apply once Pawsome Places has accepted the order and started making, customising, or personalising the item.

This includes items made to your measurements, design, colour choice, wording, name, logo, or other personal specification.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a customised or personalised item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Pawsome Places and we will help resolve the issue.

3. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact Pawsome Places as soon as possible at info@pawsomeplaces.online.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging, where relevant

If the issue is confirmed, Pawsome Places will offer an appropriate remedy. This may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the circumstances.

Where the return is due to our error, or because the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Pawsome Places will cover reasonable return postage or provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

For valid cancellations of standard items, Pawsome Places will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

For standard cancelled orders, Pawsome Places will refund the item price and the basic standard delivery cost, where applicable. We do not have to refund extra delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option.

If a refund deduction applies because the item has been handled more than necessary, Pawsome Places will explain this to you.

5. Items We Cannot Usually Accept for Change-of-Mind Returns

Pawsome Places cannot usually accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Custom-made items
  • Personalised items
  • Items made to your measurements or specification
  • Items with custom wording, names, logos, colours, or designs
  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are no longer in the condition supplied

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

6. How to Return an Item

7. Cancellation Notice

To cancel a standard item order, you can contact Pawsome Places by email or through our contact form at info@pawsomeplaces.online

Please include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return if you wish to provide one.
