**Shipping Policy**
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with **Pawsome Places**. It should be read together with our **Terms of Service** and **Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy**. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
**1. Order Processing**
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Orders are usually processed within **1-3 working days**, unless the product is customised, personalised, made to order, or otherwise stated on the product page.
We do not process or dispatch orders on **bank holidays**.
**2. Customised or Personalised Items**
Some Pawsome Places products are made, customised, or personalised to your specification.
Production times for customised or personalised items may be longer than standard items. Any estimated production or dispatch times will be shown on the product page or during checkout where possible.
Production time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
Please check all names, wording, colours, measurements, designs, images, and other customisation details carefully before submitting your order.
**3. Delivery Areas**
We currently deliver to:
**United Kingdom**
If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will let you know and cancel or refund the affected part of your order where appropriate.
**4. Delivery Costs and Times**
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Standard UK delivery: **4-5 working days**
Delivery times are estimates only unless we specifically state that a delivery date is guaranteed.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we aim to deliver goods without undue delay and no later than **30 days** after your order is accepted.
**5. Dispatch and Tracking**
When your order has been dispatched, we may send you a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where tracking is available.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier and may take time to update.
**6. Delivery Address**
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us after missed delivery attempts or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or discuss the next steps.
**8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels**
If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or arrives incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will investigate with the delivery carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

For consumer orders, the goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you, or to someone you have identified to receive them.
If you arrange your own courier or delivery service that is not offered by Pawsome Places, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are handed to that courier.
**10. International Delivery, Customs and Import Charges**
If we offer international delivery, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or local charges.
These charges are not controlled by Pawsome Places and are usually the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
International deliveries may also be delayed by customs checks or local delivery services.
